Integrity Pact

An official agreement between buyers and suppliers:

1. Set the rights and responsibilities between the two parties
2. providing private sanctions that can be enforced in the event of contract maintenance happened

Integrity pact will be applied in the procurement / tender and activities:

1. Value equals to or exceed RM5,000.00
2. With a contract period of more than 3 months
